If you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact customer service at info@andreannepatry.com to request a return and get a complete refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Bijoux Andréanne Patry will reimburse the total amount paid to the customer, including taxes and excluding shipping fees. A request for a return must be made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of your parcel.

It is highly recommended that you use a shipping method with a tracking number to confirm that your parcel was received. Please verify that your full address and name are correctly written on the parcel. Bijoux Andréanne Patry cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Please ensure that your parcel is safely packed. A jewelry item damaged during transport will not be refunded. Once your parcel is received, the returned items will be subject to a quality assessment. They must be returned in perfect condition, not worn, with the original labels and along with a copy of the email invoice. The customer will be reimbursed via the payment method used for the purchase. Expect a maximum delay of 7 days following the reception of the returned item.

A few important points:
•    For hygienic reasons, earrings are not refundable.
•    All items on sale or clearance are final sale, and no returns or exchanges are possible.
•    Gifts with purchase must be returned or deducted upon return. 
•    For orders made between November 15th and December 24th, exchanges and refunds will be possible up to January 5th.


Damaged product?
All our jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping. If, despite our vigilance and that of the carrier, you received a broken or damaged item, we ask that you inform customer service within 2 days of receiving your parcel. To do so, contact us by email at info@andreannepatry.com. Include pictures and a description of your defective item.

We would be grateful if you could return the item as quickly as possible for an exchange, and include a proof of purchase and your complete contact details.
