All our jewelry is protected under a six-month warrantee solely against faulty items. It doesn't cover accidents, abuse, negligence, modifications made by another jeweller and normal wear. If your jewelry breaks within this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

To take advantage of the guarantee, please contact customer service at info@andreannepatry.com.

Outside of the six-month guarantee period, certain types of repair, which must first be discussed with customer service, can be made at a fee. We hope to be able to repair your piece, but please note that some of our supplies are in limited quantity and repairs are not always possible.

PURCHASE MADE WITH ANOTHER SELLER
Jewelry bought from other sellers should be returned for repair at the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the provider from whom you originally purchased the item. If they are unable to help, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.

Your Andréanne Patry jewelry can last forever if you take care of it with love and respect. Since every piece is handmade, it must be handled with care. Please follow the advice below to maximise your jewelry’s lifespan.

PROLONGED CONTACT WITH AIR
In order to avoid the oxidation of your jewelry due to long-term air exposure, we strongly recommend that you store your Andréanne Patry pieces individually in the fabric pouch provided with each purchase when they are not worn. These pouches are also perfect for carrying your jewelry in your handbag or in your travel suitcase.

SKIN ACIDITY
Keep in mind that everyone's skin acidity is different, which can affect the level of oxidation or wear on your jewelry. It might lighten or darken over time. Polish your pieces with a soft cloth to keep them clean and protected. Don’t use chemical cleaners as this may damage the finish.

PLATING
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes and chemicals to ensure the plating maintains its quality for as long as possible. Put on your jewelry after applying perfume or using hairspray. Remove and set aside your jewelry when doing household chores, washing your hands, going to the pool or beach, sleeping or exercising.

CRYSTAL SETTING
All crystals are set by hand. Should a mount prong stay stuck on an object and loosen up, hold the crystal with your finger to hold it in place and gently push the prong down with a pair of pliers or a flat, hard object such as a butter knife, until you have properly put the prong back into place. Be careful not to scratch the crystal.
